This whole server is run by 2 dorks using an old PC in an unfinished basement so... you may run into some issues here and there. Here's what to do if you do:
Problem with a specific media file...
For any issues with a specific piece of media, such as no sound, visual glitches, wrong language, follow these steps to let us know:
- Log in to Overseerr using your Plex account
- Find the movie or specific episode that is misbehaving and click on it.
- Click on the yellow icon shown here:
- Let us know what's happening, and then click "Submit Issue":
Connection issue / Other...
